I’ll help you understand how to harness your body’s strengths and build on them, so you can maximize your flexibility, balance and range of motion, and lead the life you want to lead.

  • SomaYoga

    SomaYoga is yoga for every-body. You don't have to be highly flexible or super strong. You don't have to be a certain size or shape. We will focus on your body's alignment and your comfort in the poses. We’ll also explore breathing, relaxation, and a little meditation.

    Come with a beginner's mind, a light heart, and release expectations. Let’s keep yoga FUN! Too many times we turn exercise into a chore and lose the joy of moving our bodies.

    Somatics guides you in becoming more aware of your body, emotions, and intentions.

  • Feldenkrais®

    Feldenkrais is a neurological re-education method to improve how you move: Smoother, more graceful, whole body and integrated.

    Enhance all your simple everyday activities:

    • Healthy use of your tools and your body while gardening, doing home repairs, and working.
